He started the career in 1988 as masterplanner / Architect & Business Management conceptor. Some of the prestigious projects handled, such as Euro Disneyland France, New Town Masterplan “Kuala Kencana” Freeport, The Millennia Supeblock Gandaria Jakarta, Pantai Mutiara Apartment Jakarta, Sheraton Timika Hotel as well as some project hotels, apartments, commercials and business development

HOTEL MANAGEMENT career has been started in mid-2004 by joining the biggest hotel group in the world: Accor Asia Pacific as the Development & Technical head for MIS area (Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore). Followings are the hotels handled during in Accor: Formule 1 Menteng & Cikini, Ibis Semarang, Ibis solo, Mercure Kota Kinabalu, Mercure Batam, Novotel Balikpapan, Novotel 1 Borneo Kota Kinabalu, Grand Mercure / Pullman Kuta, Novotel Kuching, Novotel Lampung, Novotel Bandung etc.

Beginning in 2008 he joined Intiland Group to fill the position of Executive Director with main task to build a hospitality business management, specifically as hotel operator with the name: Intiwhiz International. 2 brands has been built and developed, namely: Whiz Hotel and Grand Whiz Hotel.

In 2013 together with several potential partners build a new hospitality management brand named: ASIAWOOD. Currently Asiawood established 3 hotel brands: EVERYDAY SMART HOTEL (2 *), THE EVITEL HOTEL (3 *) and KAYU RAJA exclusive villa. Long-term target of ASIAWOOD is become the best local hotel operators in Indonesia.

  • CORPORATE HOTEL OPERATION

    Conducted by Executive Operational manager with the main task is preparing operational strategies and to coordinate all GM and Hotel managers under Asiawood management.

  • CORPORATE MARKETING & SALES

    Preparing marketing strategies for local, national and international potential market. Marketing cooperation programs carried out by various parties including: Online travel agents (OTA), Travel Agent, Wholesaler, Private companies as well as governments, electronic media, exhibition programs and others.

  • BRAND DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION

    Developing brand awareness and to establish an effective public communication.

  • BUSINESS & CHAIN DEVELOPMENT

    Developing a hotel business and chain for all Asiawood hotel brands.

  • CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCE

    Conducting Staff recruitment and human resource development to enhance the capability, professionalism and hospitality services.

  • CORPORATE FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

    Preparing accounting system for all hotel units through hotel software system which is integrated with the holding operator.

  • CORPORATE GENERAL AFFAIR & ADMINISTRATION

    Setting up an administrative system and general affair for all hotel units.

  • DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL¬†ASST.

    Development & Technical Assistance Team will provide proper guidance to the hotel owner in terms of development concept and investment as well as technical guidance to all design consultants during design and implementation process to match with hotel operational procedure.

  • CORPORATE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

    Conducting research and development for future hotel products. Monitoring and analyzing the development of technology, design, products of competitors as well as customer wishes to improve our product.

  • CORPORATE PUBLIC RELATION

    To establish effective relationship with all potential markets in order to increase brand awareness of hotels managed by ASIAWOOD. Vision and mission deliveries becomes an important task of this department.

    Guidance, monitoring and provide directions in the aspect of any legal conditions faced by all hotel units under management of ASIAWOOD
